That was one of the best interviews with Fowley I’ve heard in a while. You should check out the movie “Mayor of the Sunset Strip” to see what Cherie Currie has to say about him. No wonder he wants to distance himself from the Runaways.
oh, yeah! really enjoyed this show a lot. love the ‘behind-the-scenes’ stuff…. very cool to travel vicariously with a rocker on tour. hehehe, just can’t help but to love the Last Of The Superheros of the 1970’s :p 🙂
sure hope Jetboys found a comfy floor on which to crash in San Diego before rocking the Casbah

Dug the audio tour of the Jetboy show………wish I could have been there…..saw the band live in Kansas way back when when they toured for the first album. Thanks for playing my voicemial on your show several episodes back, that was cool. Another suggestion for an interview……how about Ariel Stiles…..he wrote most of Pretty Boy Floyds material……..just great songs, if you listen to them, you can just imagine them being done even better a bit different than the bubblegum metal style of PBF……..he would be an interesting interview.
